These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PrayerPoint iOS application and the Mene Callings LLC website (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Mene Callings LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using PrayerPoint, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use PrayerPoint. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement. Users between 13 and 17 years of age should review these Terms with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly allow users under 13 to create accounts.
PrayerPoint uses Sign in with Apple for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at contact@menecallings.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend users who violate these guidelines without prior notice.
Private content (your prayers, prayer requests, devotional history) is stored in your private iCloud account. We do not access, own, or claim any rights to this content.
Community content (prayer requests and activity shared within a prayer group) is visible to other members of that group. By sharing content in a group, you grant other group members the ability to view and pray for that content within the app. You retain ownership of all content you post.
You are solely responsible for the content you share. Do not share sensitive personal information such as financial details, medical records, or other information you would not want group members to see.
PrayerPoint uses third-party AI services to generate prayer text based on input you provide. You acknowledge that:
PrayerPoint offers optional premium subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store and authorized third-party subscription management services.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions in iOS. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features until that date.
Refunds: All purchases are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
PrayerPoint allows you to create or join prayer groups with other users. By participating in community groups:
PrayerPoint is a personal spiritual tool. Nothing in the app constitutes professional religious, mental health, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a crisis or emergency, please contact appropriate emergency services or a qualified professional. The app is not a substitute for pastoral counseling, therapy, or any other professional service.
The PrayerPoint app, including its design, features, and underlying code, is owned by Mene Callings LLC and protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
PrayerPoint integrates with third-party services including cloud storage providers, payment processors, and AI service providers. Your use of these services is also governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MENE CALLINGS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mene Callings LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
You may stop using PrayerPoint at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Sections 9–16 and 18 of these Terms survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
If you are an EU consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable EU consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by providing notice within the app. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mene Callings LLC regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
